I would love to surprise my mom with this book.
She read another book by this author, it was titled “Lucia, Lucia”. And coincidentally, her name is Lucia. She absolutely loved the book. I imagine that she can really relate with this author having been one of six children whose parents immigrated from Italy. She witnessed her parents struggle to make their way in the New World. No doubt this would be an awesome read to add to her collection.
