Gird your loins, ladies, wedding season has begun! Should you find yourself in the grip of a what-do-I-wear panic, breathe easy. We’re planning to bring you a few different wedding outfit ideas to help this matrimonial melee go smoothly. First up, for a breezy beach wedding we offer you this gorgeous maxi dress. Worn with a long, silky slip it’s the epitome of glam without the fuss. The floaty material will keep you cool while the gold accessories add a dressy feel. We just had to throw in that iridescent bag, too, a girl’s gotta have a wow factor! Once the wedding is over, ditch the slip and wear this over your bathing suit while you preside over the poolside festivities. Two looks for one!

Around here we completely understand shopping for shopping’s sake. After all, a lady needs options! But, when an opportunity comes around to give back we can’t help but join in. The floaty, teal top above is part of an effort to raise money for Autism Awareness. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from sales of this top will go to Giant Steps Illinios, a not-for-profit organization that provides services to adults and children with Autism. We’ve styled the top with a tuxedo pant and trench for a spring-perfect workday look. But, however you style yours, giving back is a good look.

Is it just us or are the high-low fashion collaborations out there just getting better and better?! On April 10th the newest partnership between Kohl’s and designer Peter Som hits stores near you. Som is known for his clean lines, flattering cuts, and romantic fabrics and he delivers all that and more with his new collection for Kohl’s. He sought to bring the feeling of a vacation in St. Barths to life with each of these under $100 piecs. We’re especially smitten with the chic jumpsuit, flirty “mermaid” dress, and spring-perfect floral bomber. Here’s a sneak peek at the collection:

First came the ballet flats, then the topknots, and with the addition of blush pink this spring, it’s safe to say there’s a dance trend ruling the fashion world. From voluminous tulle skirts to small, romantic details, ballet-inspired pieces add a touch of elegance and feminine flare to any outfit (even if there’s not a graceful bone in your body!).

In just a few short years Anna Kendrick has skyrocketed from “that girl in Twilight” to big-screen leading lady and high-fashion favorite — she sat front row for Carolina Herrera, Jenny Packham, and Marchesa this year at her first New York Fashion Week! NBD. What’s great about Anna is the way she’s handled her rise to stardom — with enviable quirkiness and humility. But enough about her personality, let’s talk beauty.
Anna arrived at the Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California vibrant and fresh-faced, with her long brown hair parted in the center and pulled into a romantic side pony. The pale pink lipstick she’s wearing brings a touch of color to her milky complexion (we recommend Bite Beauty Luminous Crème Lipstick in Retsina), and we’re loving the hint of ombre in her textured ‘do. We’ll teach you how to re-create Anna’s sexy, sideswept ponytail here!
Loving Anna’s makeup? This no-fuss beauty look is easier than you think!

Call it a nod to America’s prepster roots–this spring’s biggest trend is “shirt dressing.” Everyone is buttoning up and we must admit we’re smitten. This look is at once comfortable and put-together. Its simplest iteration is the shirtdress–a one-step outfit in the making. This version by Gap is easy on the wallet and you’ll wear it all season long. Plus, can we just note that fabulous bag is from Old Navy!??!?! Talk about stepping up your game!
