Toni Stein is having a bad day. Her lung cancer has progressed and she's in a lot of pain. Campbell carefully changes the dressing around the IV tube in Stein's arm as her daughter does her best to distract her. "Hang in there," Campbell says. When it's over, the 55-year-old pharmacologist wipes away her tears.
She's hurting today but on other days she feels well enough to be up and about. In fact, Stein is planning a cruise to the Bahamas with her daughter and friends.
