Q. "Should I get a second opinion?"

A. Your cancer treatment involves several important decisions. A second opinion may help you feel more confident in making the decisions that are best for you. Asking for a second opinion is always appropriate, and well-qualified physicians are not offended by it. And, feel free to ask your doctor for copies of your medical records.
