Brooke Burke Charvet's Fit in 10 Minutes Workout

This month Brooke Burke Charvet is launching her first line of fitness DVDs, Tone & Tighten and Strengthen & Condition. We asked her and her trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche, to set us up with their favorite moves for firming up legs, butt, abs, and arms -- no equipment needed. Do the exercises in a circuit (it takes 5 minutes) without resting, and repeat it once or twice.

Hip Lift: Step 2

Rear Lunge to Kick: Step 1

Works legs, butt, and core

With feet at hip width and hands clasped, lunge back with right leg so left thigh is parallel to floor and knee is aligned directly over ankle.
