From Warrior III, reach back with the left leg and step into a lunge. Bring hands into a prayer position and twist your left elbow across your body, bringing it to rest against the outside of your right thigh. Rotate through the spine and extend the top of your head forward. Roll your shoulders back and down away from the ears to open up your chest. If balancing is tricky, gently place the back knee on the ground for support.
