Directions:

1) Stand with your feet together, knees bent and back straight.

2) Place your arms in front, shoulder level with palms facing each other.

3) Quickly, with a pulsing motion, press palms in and apart without actually touching your hands together.

4) For each set, do 20-25 tiny contractions or little pulses inwards. Build to three sets.
