Popping multiple supplements won't help your health or your wallet. All most women need are these two types of pills:
A regular multivitamin -- you can skip the sort specially formulated for women (unless you need extra folate to prepare for pregnancy).
A calcium/vitamin D supplement that has 600 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium and at least 400 International Units of vitamin D3.
