Vitamin C

Recommended daily allowance for adults aged 15 and older: 60 mg

  • Red bell pepper (1/2 cup) 95 mg
  • Papaya, medium (1/2) 95 mg
  • Orange, medium (1) 60 mg
  • Orange juice (3/4 cup) 75 mg
  • Broccoli,cooked (1/2 cup) 60 mg
  • Strawberries (1/2 cup) 45 mg

Vitamin E

Recommended daily allowance for females aged 11 and older: 8 mg

  • Almonds, dried (1 ounce) 6.5 mg
  • Peanut butter (2 tablespoons) 3 mg
  • Wheat germ (1/4 cup) 4 mg
  • Corn oil (1 tablespoon) 2 mg
  • Spinach, raw (1 cup) 1 mg
