How can you eat whatever you want and still lose weight? Take a tip from a group of weight-loss experts whose name begins with an "A." No, not Atkins -- the Amish.

A study at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, found that the Amish living in Ontario, Canada, eat plenty of meat, potatoes, and pie, but have a low rate of obesity.

Their secret? Breaking a serious sweat. The men reported 10 hours of vigorous and 43 hours of moderate activity and 12 hours of walking per week. The women reported three hours of vigorous and 39 hours of moderate activity and six hours of walking per week. That's six times the amount of exercise the average person gets.
