1. ENTER BY MAIL OR ON-LINE: Send a postcard with your name, address and daytime phone number to “Live and Laugh SWEEPSTAKES,” Ladies' Home Journal®, 125 Park Ave., 19th Flr., New York, NY 10017. Or, enter at www.LHJ.com/liveandlaugh by completing the official online entry form. One entry per household, regardless of method of entry. Entries become the property of ROMAN MEAL® Company, 2101 S. Taocoma Way , Tacoma , WA 98409 ; and Meredith Corporation, 1716 Locust St. , Des Moines , IA (“Sponsors”) and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. Sweepstakes begins 6/1/05 and ends 8/1/05. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., CT, on 8/1/05. Mail entries must be postmarked by 8/1/05 and received by 8/8/05.

3. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older, except employees of Sponsors, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household and any other entity or person involved in this promotion.

4. On or about 8/15/05 a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Meredith's supervision to award the following prize: one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip package for three (3) adults to Anaheim, CA on November 3-6, 2005, including roundtrip coach airfare for three (3) to Anaheim from major airport nearest winner's residence, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,500; ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, ARV $200; three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (1 standard room) at the Peacock Suites®, ARV $900; three passes to the Red Hat Society® “Fabulous at 50” Regional Conference, ARV $1350; three (3) one-year memberships into the Red Hat Society, ARV $54; total trip package ARV $4,000. All other expenses not listed including, but not limited to, meals, taxes, gratuities, incidentals are the responsibility of winner. Certain restrictions may apply and certain portions of the prize may be subject to blackout dates. Sponsors are not responsible for any such restriction due to event cancellation, unavailability or any other reason. Trip package must be used by 12/31/05. Potential winner will be notified by mail on or about 8/22/05 and must be able to travel on dates specified or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. In the event portions of the prize cannot be used by winner and/or travel companions, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and no cash or other substitute will be awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee express or implied. Sponsors disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service provided to the winner. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with Official Rules. Winner may be subject to other verification and eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if potential winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Entrants understand that Sponsors are not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Decisions of Sponsors are final and binding in all respects.

5. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Estimated print circulation of offer: 4.1 million.

6. Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission to use winners' entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photo, and statements regarding sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsors without compensation; (ii) potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within 10 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. If prize notification is returned undeliverable, an alternate will be selected by random drawing. Travel companions must complete a Liability/Publicity Release 30 days prior to travel. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to prize won or participation in sweepstakes.

7. Sponsors assume no responsibility for entries they are unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible or lost e-mail or mail entries. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the sweepstakes is prohibited. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
