1. You can wear makeup to the gym! Just keep it light. If you are feeling insecure about something (like a pimple) wear a light mineral or organic coverage formula, which won't clog your pores. Stick to neutral shades on the eyes, waterproof mascara, and a very light wash of lip gloss.
2. If you have red, blotchy skin after working out, use powder or cream color-correcting makeup in a green tint to tone down redness. Apply lightly and then set with a regular powder that matches your skin.
