Try this tangy yogurt sauce with our Lamb and Feta Meatballs! See the meatball recipe here:
Stir together 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or mint, and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Per 2 tablespoons: 35 calories, 2.5g total fat, 0.5g sat fat, 67mg sodium, 1g carbs, 0mg chol, 2g protein, 0g fiber
