Peel and Seed a Cucumber

Bring a spoon.

  1. Trim ends of cucumber.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler remove and discard cucumber skin.
  3. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise.
  4. Run a small spoon along seeds, scraping close to the flesh but not going through the bottom or sides.
  5. Discard seeds. Continue as recipe states.
