These easy and nutritious shakes will do your body good.

Kiwi Banana Strawberry Shake

From Canyon Ranch Spa, Berkshires, Massachusetts

1 medium banana 1/4 cup chopped kiwi 1/3 cup chopped strawberries 1/4 cup apple juice 1/4 cup chopped ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.

Nutrition Information: 180 calories, 45g carbohydrate, 1g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 2g protein, 6mg sodium, 6g fiber

Pineapple Coconut Shake

3/4 cup diced pineapple 1 diced medium banana 2 tablespoons low-fat coconut milk 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Combine all ingredients in a blender container and puree.

Makes 1 (12-ounce) shake.

Nutrition Information: 225 calories, 48g carbohydrate, 3g cat, 0mg cholesterol, 5g protein, 55mg sodium, 3g fiber

Tropical Shake

1/2 cup diced pineapple 1/4 cup diced mango 1/4 cup apple juice 2 tablespoons low-fat coconut milk 2 tablespoon orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender container and puree.

Makes 1 (10-ounce) shake.
