Slow and steady wins the race with this exercise, designed to strengthen the back of your arms.

Get into lunge position. Lean your body forward and rest your left forearm on your thigh. Bend your right elbow into a 90-degree angle and then extend your arm behind you. Do 10 to 15 reps. Repeat with your left arm.
