Silver Star Ornaments

These easy ornaments will sparkle on your tree.

Silver Stars

What You Need:

You can also put these cutouts
under the tree as gift-tags for
holiday presents.

  • 36-gauge aluminum tooling foil (available at crafts stores)
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Cutting mat (or folded newspaper, cardboard, or magazine)
  • Scissors
  • Tin punch
  • Silver thread

Instructions:

Using the cutting mat as a pad, draw star shape on the foil using the pencil and the ruler as a guide. Cut out the star using the scissors.

Draw designs on star using the pencil, pressing firmly so design indents the foil.

Use a tin punch to make a hole at the top of star. Tie with silver thread.
