Never Underestimate the Power of a Woman cartoon

Talk about Everyman...and woman. From WWII to the Korean War, Kilroy was there. There are many legends, but the most prominent involves a young shipyard inspector named James J. Kilroy, who would chalk those words on bulkheads of every newly constructed ship to show that, yes, Kilroy was here. So, as a prank, American GI's would graffiti those words wherever they happened to land, sometimes in the most unlikely places.
