Ole Guacamole
Ole Guacamole

Makes 4-6 servings

4 ripe Hass avocados, diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup of dried cranberries, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1 jar Newman's Own Tequila Lime Salsa
6-ounce cup Stonyfield Farm fat-free plain yogurt

Place diced avocados with lime juice in a bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries and the rest of the ingredients. This is the perfect opportunity to add the extra optional ingredients to your guacamole if you choose. Transfer the mixture to a serving platter and top it with diced avocados sprinkled with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips and have a blast.
