The Meadowlark's eight cozy rooms (rates from $130 a night) have private baths and views of the surrounding meadows and mountains. (Bird watchers, take note: With numerous birdhouses on the property, the inn is certified as a backyard wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. Even bald eagles have been spotted in the vicinity.) You may opt to stay in the Asian-inspired Kyoto Room or the Pineloft, which has a fireplace and three-sided views of the meadows.
