This dry South African wine, made from the quintessential South African grape varietal, is smooth and refreshing, with hints of apple and caramel. This vintage is sure to please any palate, and is extremely affordable, priced at just $10 a bottle. I'd pair this with fish of any kind, grilled chicken, seafood, pasta, or lightly spiced dishes.
