Corn tortillas are traditional for tacos, but you can make yours with flour tortillas or crispy corn shells. Soft corn tortillas can be fragile -- we like to use two for each taco so they don't break.
To soften, brush with oil, then warm in a very hot skillet for a few minutes. Wrap them in a clean towel and keep warm in a low oven until you're ready to serve.
