Sock Bun Step 1

Raid your sock drawer first. The thicker the hair, the thinner the sock should be. Choose a sock that matches your hair color so it's less obvious in the bun. Cut off the toe of your sock so all you're left with is the tube. Then, roll it so it ends up in the shape of a ring.
