Baked Brie with Mango Chutney and Almonds
- 1 2 1/4pound small wheel Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1/3 cup sliced blanched almonds
- 2 red apples, sliced
- 1 package melba toast
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place the Brie on a cookie sheet and spread the chutney on top, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Place the almonds around the border. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully transfer warm Brie to a large cheese board or cutting board and surround with the apples and melba toast. Makes 16 to 20 servings.
