Sweetened Summer Berries

Ingredients
  • 4 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir until just combined. Let fruit stand at room temperature, stirring occasionally, for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 hour to macerate (the combination of sugar and citrus juice softens and infuses flavor in the fruit). Serve chilled or at room temperature.
