Ingredients
- 8 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or milk chocolate, chopped
Directions
1. Melt chocolate in a metal bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water, stirring, until smooth. Remove bowl from heat and whisk in 1-1/2 cups of hot water until smooth. Transfer mixture to an empty saucepan and heat until hot.
2. Pour hot chocolate into small, heat-proof glasses. Makes 6 servings.
