Ingredients
- 2 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
- 2 tablespoons part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon apricot, peach or pineapple preserves
Directions
1. Toast raisin bread. Spread 1 slice with ricotta. Spread preserves on the other slice and place over ricotta. Makes 1 sandwich.
