Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
Directions
1. Grease a metal 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Combine all the spices on sheet of waxed paper. Roll tenderloins in the spices to coat; transfer to prepared pan. Roast 25 to 30 minutes, until instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 155 degrees F. Remove pork from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
