Ingredients
  • 24 pitted dried plums
  • 1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
  • 12 slices bacon, halved

Directions

Preheat broiler. Cut a slit lengthwise in each dried plum then spoon 1/2 teaspoon of chopped olives into each cavity. Wrap dried plum in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Arrange on a broiler pan and broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve hot. Makes 24 appetizers.
