Devils on Horseback
Yield: 24 appetizers Prep 20 mins Broil 3 mins
- 24 pitted dried plums
- 1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
- 12 slices bacon, halved
1. Preheat broiler. Cut a slit lengthwise in each dried plum then spoon 1/2 teaspoon of chopped olives into each cavity. Wrap dried plum in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Arrange on a broiler pan and broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve hot. Makes 24 appetizers.
