- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 seeded and minced jalapeno chile or 5 drops red pepper sauce
- 1/2 red sweet pepper, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, jalapeno chile or pepper sauce, sweet red pepper, Dijon mustard, and chopped chives in a medium bowl. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 24 servings (1-1/2 cups).
