Greek Yogurt Sauce

  • 3/4 cup  Greek-style plain yogurt (7 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon  fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped fresh mint


1. Stir together yogurt, juice and mint; season with salt and pepper. Can be stored, covered, in refrigerator for up to a day. Makes 3/4 cup.
