Corn with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon  sliced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon  chopped jalapeno
  • 1 16 ounce bag frozen corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon  fresh lime juice

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and jalapeno; cook 5 minutes. Stir in corn and salt. Increase heat and cook 5 minutes, until corn is heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and lime juice. Makes 4 servings.
