Afternoon tea will be much sweeter with these little treats.
Bake mini cupcakes from a mix or use our recipe. Fill cupcake papers less than half full of batter so they don't dome (you want to leave room in the paper for the glaze). Prepare 1 recipe Lemon Sugar Glaze (recipe link below), divide into bowls, and use food coloring to tint pink and yellow. Spoon glaze onto cupcakes, filling to the top edge of papers. Decorate with dragees. Cakes can be stored, covered, for up to 1 day. Makes 10 dozen.
