We love this tasty, crunchy twist on traditional holiday bark.
2 cups (12 ounces) milk-chocolate coating pieces, melted
8 graham crackers
Candy canes or peppermints, crushed
Pour melted chocolate onto a large plate. Dip graham crackers into chocolate to coat, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with peppermint. Allow to set about 30 minutes. Break into large pieces with a fork or knife. Store airtight in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
