Multigrain Hot Cereal, Greek Yogurt, Almonds, and Fresh Fruitl

My diabetes-friendly breakfast includes a half-cup cooked multigrain (rye, barley, oats, wheat) hot cereal, 6 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt with a dash of cinnamon, almonds, and fresh fruit.
