This is a chardonnay for people who aren't chardonnay lovers (I say this as someone who orders the somewhat sweeter Pinot Grigio 99.9 percent of the time.) That's probably because it isn't too oaky or dry; instead, you'll find a refreshing blend of nectarine, apple, and mandarin orange that's perfect for summer. I paired it with some reduced-fat white cheddar cheese on whole wheat crackers -- perfecto!
