Combine 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add 4 (1 1/2 pounds total) skinless chicken breasts to the marinade, cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill until just cooked through (for boneless breasts, 4 to 5 minutes per side). Serves 4.
