Yogurt-Marinated Chicken and Mango Kabobs

Prepare 1 recipe Yogurt-Marinated Chicken, but cut boneless, skinless breasts into cubes before marinating. When ready to cook, thread chicken onto skewers with pieces of 1 peeled, diced mango; grill until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes.

For the vinaigrette, whisk together 2 tablespoons Major Grey's Chutney, 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon canola oil, 1/2 cup canned chickpeas and 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley. Drizzle over kabobs. Serves 4.
