Yogurt-Marinated Chicken and Melon Salad

Grill 1 recipe Yogurt-Marinated Chicken. Slice 4 cups watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken over melon and sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped pistachios, 1/4 cup crumbled feta, and 2 tablespoons chopped mint. Serves 4
