Combine 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon cider vinegar. Toss dressing with 2 cups slaw mix; season with salt and pepper, set aside.
Make honey butter: Combine 1 tablespoon honey, 4 tablespoons softened butter and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Grill 1 recipe Yogurt-Marinated Chicken. Split in half 6 large, prepared buttermilk biscuits and spread with honey butter, then top with sliced chicken and slaw. Serves 6.
