Use a handy hamburger press, or form two patties yourself. Top one with your favorite filling, then seal the two together. Grill burgers over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
Here's what we like best in our stuffed burgers:
-- Pepper Jack cheese and cooked bacon
-- Feta, sliced scallions, and kalamata olives
-- Sauteed mushrooms, thyme, and Gruyere
-- Sauteed onion tossed in BBQ sauce
