Peel and Seed a Cucumber

Bring a spoon.

Trim ends of cucumber.
Using a vegetable peeler remove and discard cucumber skin.
Slice cucumber in half lengthwise.
Run a small spoon along seeds, scraping close to the flesh but not going through the bottom or sides.
Discard seeds. Continue as recipe states.
