It may not be the sexiest nutrient but, according to a recent National Cancer Institute Study, fiber could be a lifesaver. The American Dietetic Association recommends that you eat at least 25 grams of fiber each day, however, most people only get about 15 grams. Pump up your levels with these easy swaps.
