PB and Trail Mix Apple Sandwiches

Core and then slice an apple into an even number of thin rings. Spread peanut butter on one side of a slice, then sprinkle trail mix over it, and top with another apple slice. You can use store-bought trail mix or make your own with cereal, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips.
