Ina Garten's Raspberry Crumble Bars

"I love raspberries and shortbread together in any form. This recipe uses one shortbread dough two ways: Pat some in the bottom of the pan for the crust and the rest (with granola added) becomes the crumble topping. Raspberry jam filling makes these really good."
