The Cookie: "Pepita Lime Crescents: These traditional Southern cookies are a cross between shortbread and a Mexican wedding cookie. Some people make crescents with ground pecans, but I thought it would be fun to use pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds) for a little Tex-Mex flair."
