Horseradish-Parmesan Sauce

This sauce, a cold version of the always-popular Parmesan-Artichoke Dip, goes great on baked potatoes, grilled meats, and roasted chicken. Also try on whole-grain bread with sliced roast beef, tomato, and Boston lettuce.
