1. Combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon salt in pie plate. Beat egg in medium bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then dip both sides of chicken in sesame seed mixture to coat.
2. Heat the 2 teaspoons oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Transfer to plate.Make Ginger Dressing::
3. Whisk vinegar, bell pepper, onion, sugar, ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the red pepper in small bowl. Whisk in the 1/4 cup oil. Makes 2/3 cup.
4. Toss lettuce, watercress and radishes in large bowl with 1/3 cup of the Ginger Dressing. Transfer to serving plates. Place chicken on greens; drizzle with remaining Ginger Dressing. Makes 4 servings.
