1. Heat oil in medium saucepot over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add remaining sauce ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Heat grill. Cut tenderloins into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Mix paprika, salt, the 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon red pepper in bowl and rub over meat.
3. Toss pork with 3/4 cup sauce. Grill 3 minutes per side or until instant-read thermometer inserted in center of pork slice registers 170 degrees F.* Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings.
