Directions
- Bake regular-size and mini cupcakes with your favorite cake recipe, or use ours.
- Smooth a thin layer of green-tinted frosting onto the cupcakes and pipe "grass" using a #27 star tip. Create flowers by using white frosting and M&M's.
- Carefully poke a small hole through the paper on the bottom of the mini cupcake and attach the small and large cupcakes with a 6-inch bamboo skewer.
